A true pillar of strength, David visited the colleague's family at their home and shared their loss with understanding, dignity and respect.

In an accident in June 2018, where a James Cropper Maintenance Craft Engineer experienced a leg injury, Adam carried out first aid quickly and calmly. As a result Adam reduced the seriousness of the injury, and his swift action received commendations from doctors and hospital staff.

Adams experience working for the St. John's Ambulance helped him to swiftly take the appropriate action.

When a malfunctioning effluent process at the Burneside Mill presented the potential for a significant environmental incident, Anthony’s swift action and assured decision-making brought the situation under control.

Stewart takes great pride in ensuring the IT systems in his domain are all operating correctly. Assisting colleagues learn new skills and software, Stewart is always flexible with his hours when required.

When a recent Windows update caused email networks to fail, Stewart worked through the night to remove the faulty software and ensure systems were fully operational for the next day.

Ryan has solved a number of issues resulting in increased uptime of machinery. Ryan has also addressed problems in the production run, reduced the amount of broke generated and helped improve the quality of finished products. He has increased capacity on one of the machines by 2.5%, a potential for additional £180k revenue.
