This exciting new opportunity requires a high performance leader with extensive experience of sales and new business development. Reporting to the Global Sales Director key responsibilities will include the provision of leadership, planning and direction to the UK based external sales team operating across several geographic areas. At a time of fast-moving change in the market, the ability to proactively drive actions to identify and deliver new high contribution sales is key.
Building on existing strong key customer relationships is essential, as is the ability to develop new accounts. Effective organisational, communication, coaching and performance management skills are key to the role. The job holder will also be directly involved, through the senior leadership team, in the delivery of the overall Paper business strategy.
We are looking for a degree-level candidate with at least five years of experience in a strategic sales/business development role.
