We currently have a vacancy for a project manager with an electrical engineering background. Projects will be multi-disciplined in nature, and will take place in an environment of continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be accountable for delivering high impact business critical projects to budgeted timescales, costs and benefits.
This role requires an individual who is enthusiastic and self-motivated with experience of project and planning management. The individual will need to be commercially aware and have strong negotiating and influencing skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business.
Our ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with five years relevant experience in the process industry.
Having qualifications and / or experience in any of the following would be valuable to the role:
• Instrumentation / control (incl. SCADA/DCS/QCS)
• High voltage / low voltage distribution and switching
A willingness to work closely with staff at all levels, and to develop expertise in the manufacturing process and the application of improvement techniques is a must.
