James Cropper 3D Products, a growing business within Kendal-based manufacturer James Cropper plc, is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Account Manager with energy and resilience who can drive sales growth with premium brands and their supply chains.

Our product, ColourformTM, offers a sustainable and attractive solution to many packaging challenges. We are looking for someone to find and develop new customers for this growing business, working with them to create solutions that excite their creativity and meet their packaging needs.

Proven selling experience is required, along with an excellent track record in handling design-led sales, from identification of potential customers and markets all the way through to product delivery and after-sales service. The ability to adapt your sales style according to audience - covering designers, brands and converters – is essential.

We are looking for a graduate-level person with the ability to form long term personal relationships with customers, and express the exciting design possibilities of ColourformTM in a compelling and creative way.

As a rapidly developing, agile business, your success will grow with business. Reporting to the Commercial Director, career development opportunities will be available as the business expands.
